mit ddr2-800 riegeln lässt sich ein ddr2-533 system (msi pt890 neo-v2) leichter stabil übertakten... ddr2-586,6 an die 225 fsb komm ich aber nicht mehr ran von damals.

Hab' jetzt nicht nachgeguggt, aber: Könnte an schnellerem RAM liegen (hab' da in der Regel versucht das zu nutzen, was das System hergibt) und auch am Betriebssystem. Unter Linux hast du je nach Geekbench-Version doch einiges an Punkten mehr rausholen können - wenn du keinen X-Server im Hintergrund hast laufen hat das bspw. auch noch ein paar Punkte mehr gebracht.
