Ziemlich sicher. Die selbe Konstellation aus Mainboard und IDE-Kabel lief bei rund einem Dutzend anderen Festplatten (von 'ner 250 GB Samsung bis zu 'ner 40 GB Samsung runter) ohne Probleme - nur bei dieser WD1600AAJB nicht. Also würde ich schon auf die Platte selbst tippen. Das Kabel steckt auch fest dran. Wenn Bus-Problem, dann kann das ja fast nur auf dem Board der Platte sein.
