AsRock 890FX Deluxe5 – onboard USB 3.0 tot?
Das AsRock 890FX Deluxe5 hat onboard USB 3.0 (NEC UPD720200). Im UEFI gibt es für USB die Einstellungen:
  • USB 2.0: enabled / disabled
  • USB 2.0 legacy: enabled / disabled
  • USB 3.0: enabled / disabled
  • USB 3.0 legacy: enabled / disabled

Egal was dort eingestellt ist, USB 3.0 funktioniert nicht. :(
Wird an onboard USB 3.0 ein USB 3.0-Stick gesteckt, wird der als "high-speed USB device" erkannt (Software: Slackware64 14.2, Kernel 4.19.128).

Die nachfolgenden Ausgaben entstanden mit USB 3.0 legacy: disabled; Rest (s. o.): enabled.

Würde es auch mit einem anderen OS Testen.
Sieht jetzt erst mal so aus als sei der USB Treiber bei Slackware hin.
Jedenfalls bei der Version.

Knoppix 8.2 (gestartet vom USB-Stick an USB 2.0 onboard): dito

Windows 10 pro 64-Bit 2004 kommt als zweites OS noch drauf – unabhängig von dem USB-Problem. Ist schließlich der "Software-Ausprobierrechner". Irgendwann später kommt auch noch Arch-Linux drauf.

Das Board hat aber 100Pro nicht die geringste Beschädigung?
Nicht das Leitungen für die Daten Übertragung getrennt sind, aber die Datenleitungen für die Hardwareerkennung noch aktiv.
Was erklären könnte warum USB gefunden wird. Aber nicht nutzbar ist.
Das ist nur eine Überlegung von mir. b9

Vielleicht liegt es auch am BIOS, das es ein weg hat.
Eventuell mal neu drauf bügeln.

nur überflogen? wenn er das schon hat denke ich das der USB Chipset bei dem alten Board noch extern ist, irgend n VIA oder NEC oder whatever und eben hinnüber ist, ne PCIE USB 3 Karte mit >Frint Anschlüsse sollte das problem lösen
