  • Absolut toll, aber ich verkneife mir diese Geräte wo ich nur kann :D

    sind zu einem "Quasitower" aufgestapelt... hatte ich glücklicherweise vor der beginnenden Retrowelle bei ebay günstig ersteigert. Heute müßte ich sehr viel mehr Geld dafür hinlegen... was ich mir dann auch verkneifen würde.

  • Um mal ein paar Modelle hier reinzuschreiben die ich habe (sind in Summe mittlerweile 194 Systeme - zuzüglich der Selbstbau-Systeme, die ich noch habe!):

    • IBM 5155 Portable Personal Computer
    • IBM 5162 Personal Computer/XT Model 286
    • IBM 5170 Personal Computer/AT (leider defekt, sieht nach Mainboard-Schaden aus)
    • IBM PS/2 Model 30 (Type 8530-021) (Netzteil-Problem)
    • IBM PS/2 Model 55sx (Type 8555-061)
    • IBM PS/2 Model 56 486SLC2 (Type 8556-0BA)
    • IBM PS/2 Model 70 (Type 8570-A21)
    • IBM PS/2 Model 76i (Type 9576-SLB)
    • IBM PS/2 Model 77 486 (Type 9577-0UA)

    Die Rechner sind weitestgehend so, wie ich sie bekommen habe. Das Model 76i ist eher ausgestattet wie ein Model 76s - aber ist auch nicht so schwer, einen SCSI-Controller für MicroChannel zu kriegen.

    Ansonsten hab ich an IBM-kompatiblen noch:

    • Amstrad PPC512
    • Atari PC3
    • Compaq Portable III
    • Compaq Portable 386

    Der Rest ist eigentlich bekannt, sind dann einige Unix-Kisten, diverse Heimcomputer, alte Macs sowie viele Robotron-Kisten. Naja, und diverse Siemens-PGs hab ich auch noch (630, 675, 685, 730C, 2x 740, 750).

    Haste ein paar Specs zu den Kisten? Die reinen Typ-Nummern sind ja leider nicht so aussagekräftig - und 'ne Übersicht über die jeweilige Original-Ausstattung hab ich leider noch nicht gefunden.. Ist auf jeden Fall ein Model 35 und zwei Model 56.

    Fehlt ja bei der klassischen Serie nur noch ein 5140 PC Convertible und ein 5155 Portable Personal Computer :) Okay, ein 4860 PCjr oder ein PCjx vllt. auch noch, aber die sind ja wirklich schwer zu bekommen (wobei das auch auf den 5140 zutreffen dürfte).

  • Nen IBM PC 5150 hab ich auch hier, sogar mit Festplattencontroller und 40MB MFM-Festplatte :D

    Achjo, CGA-Grafik und CGA-Monitor.

    Wenn ichs mir so angugge: Meine Type 5162-286, 5170-339, 8555-061 und 8570-A21 scheinen noch original von der Grund-Ausrüstung her zu sein.
    Die Type 8530-021 hat allerdings 'n 1440k-Laufwerk drin, kein 720k.
    Die Type 9556-0BA hat auch nicht mehr die 200MB-Platte drin - die ist verstorben, ist nun eine 360MB drin (auch Quantum wie vorher).
    Und die Type 9576-SLB gibts in der Liste nicht. Und die Type 9577-0UA hat keine Platte atm, hab ich ohne bekommen.

  • ein Sammler, wie auch ich einer bin, nutzt die Rechner ja irgendwie effektiv. Er verhindert die Verschrottung von "Kulturgut" 8D aus der Zeit der Homecomputer- und und Bürocomputerära und hält sie, wenn möglich, funktionsfähig.

  • Seit heute sind noch 3 weitere IBMs in meinem Bestand:

    • IBM 5160 Personal Computer/XT (vermutl. Type 5160-086)
    • IBM PS/2 Model L40 SX (Type 8543-A44)
    • IBM PS/2 Model 80 (Type 8580-071)


    Das Model 80 hat kurioserweise einen 20MHz-386 drauf - der aber nur mit 16MHz getaktet wird (die ersten Model 80-Modelle eben). Dass man sowas anno 1987 mit dem doch recht teuren 20MHz 386er gemacht hat... Vermutlich waren die 20MHz-386er einfach zu viel da und die Type 8580-311 sowie 8580-111 wurden zu wenig gekauft (waren ja auch teuer..)

    Und die obige Liste kann ich näher konkretisieren:
